We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your booking.

Our General Guidelines

  • More than 30 days before your trip:
    You can receive a refund, minus a small administrative fee.

  • Within 30 days of your trip:
    Bookings are generally non-refundable, unless your spot is filled by another participant.

Trip-Specific Details

Some trips may have unique requirements or exceptions. Your full cancellation details will be provided at the time of booking.

Insurance Recommendations

We strongly recommend that all guests have their own travel insurance and trip cancellation insurance. Please ensure your insurance covers the specific activities you will be participating in, including mountain travel, climbing, or other outdoor activities.

Return Policy

At PeakSTRATAGEM, we take pride in the quality and care of every book we sell, including those signed by Brent. Please read our return policy carefully:

    • All returns must be initiated and shipped at the customer’s expense.

    • Returned books must be in their original condition.

  2. Non-Refundable Items

    • Damaged books are non-refundable, regardless of the cause of damage.

    • This policy applies to all books, including those signed by Brent.

  3. How to Return

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@peakeatsfood.com with your order details.

    • Once approved, ship the book back using a trackable service. PeakSTRATAGEM is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
