Our guided sessions take place on real limestone in the stunning Bow Valley, just outside Exshaw, Alberta — only an hour from Calgary. Your instructor will teach you the fundamentals: how to tie in, communicate with your belayer, read the rock, and move efficiently on the wall.
By the end of the day, you'll have the skills and the confidence to climb on your own.
