Jeff McKeough — ACMG & CSGA

Originally from Nova Scotia, discovered mountain sports at 22 after serving in Afghanistan with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). Upon his return, having been inspired by the mountains in the desert, he took up snowboarding and rock climbing in New Brunswick. His first trip to Banff and the Canadian Rockies in 2014 marked the beginning of his passion for mountain living.

After 14 years with the CAF, Jeff is now pursuing his passion full-time. He is an Apprentice Rock Guide with the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides, actively enrolled in the Apprentice Ski Guide program as well as holding certifications with the Canadian Ski Guide Association as a Level 1 Ski Guide, Canadian Avalanche Association (CAA) Avalanche Operations Level 2, Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance (CSIA) Level 2 and Wilderness First Responder 80hr First Aid.
